Shipping

Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and shipped through Australia Post, or another reputable courier company within 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri). You should receive it within 2-8 business days. Remote suburbs may need an extra 2-3 business days for delivery. We try to deliver product(s) to you within the time frame provided, but we cannot give an exact delivery date. Expect longer delivery times during public holidays (e.g. New Year’s Day, Christmas, etc.). Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to buying, as we cannot update shipping address or re-direct orders once they have been processed and shipped.  We are not responsible for any products damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post. Replacement of damaged or lost products is made at the discretion of Giulana Skincare.
